Founder
Jacob Miller
At 50 years young, Jacob’s father decided to venture out and start a car parts business. Jacob grew up working in the warehouse and packaging orders alongside his brothers. His father demonstrated the importance of treating employees like family and always doing the right thing, no matter the cost.
Our Why
Jacob has spent his career advising founders through critical inflexion points in their businesses, including M&A strategies, organic growth initiatives, and equity / debt capital raises. Many clients have grown to over $100M, creating an enduring impact on the communities, employees, and families these businesses serve.
He has proven expertise evaluating / closing acquisitions in a variety of industries, including
Managed Service Providers, Technology / Software, Telecom Infrastructure, Industrials, Oil Field Services, Manufacturing, and more.
Originally from El Paso, TX, Jacob graduated Texas A&M University where he met his wife Alli. They both share a deep passion for skiing, Aggie football, and above all, their faith in Christ.
